Daily… In the clouds
I participated in the Intensity Club tonight over at http://www.sketchoholic.com/ tonight. Each Tuesday evening they have a one hour drawing get together. They give out a topic and we all draw something for it, then at the end of the hour we all upload what we have. It was a whole lot of fun and I look forward to participating each week.
I like the tone of the piece overall, though there are some areas that could have been better. The clouds could have used more work, but that’s really just me needing to practice drawing them. The bird is the main issue I have with the piece, I just don’t feel his character developed in a way I liked.
[EDIT] I forgot to mention, but the topic for the evening was a kid in the sky or clouds. [/EDIT]

I like the idea of this one, but the silhouette on the bird doesn’t read as well as I had wanted it to. I’ll come back to this idea again.
